The following are the rules for the battle between Dumbledore's Army and Death Eaters. Any person who violates these rules will be either put on probation, or deleted from this site.
Any person from the DE side of the battle will be punished most severely if they breach these codes of conduct. What Dumbledork does with his bootlickers is up to him, but my Death Eaters will follow the Conduct, or risk my wrath. You have been warned.
The Code of Conduct is as follows. Read the whole way through, there are three answers you will be expected to present to Dumby and myself (the Great Lord) when you choose which side you wish to battle on.
1. No Man's Land is No Man's Land. It belongs to neither DA nor DE. Any form of attack on the other team will not be tolerated. This includes curses, hexes, jinxes and potions. The first attack will result in a warning, the second in probation, and the third in deletion of your account.
2. Any spy caught in the other team’s Headquarters will be dealt with in the manner chosen by that team’s leader. Points will be lost from the spy’s team. Negatives can be awarded, and there is a good chance that your character will be murdered or banished by your opposition, so beware the perils of being caught as a spy.
3. Any spy caught will be expected to show up in a Court of Law. If you are a DA spying in the DE Headquarters, you will be expected to show up in the DE Court of Law. If you are a DE spying in the DA Headquarters, you will be expected to show up in the DA Court of Law. You will be given the opportunity to defend your actions, and reason out why you should not be banished or murdered. Not showing up will result in the case being closed with full penalties applied. Points will be deducted regardless.
4. Points can be earned for your team by winning competitions (such as the Caption Contest, or the week’s Battle Post), or by answering the random question of the week. These can all be found in the Battle Zone Board.
More specific rules regarding the punishments for spying can be found in the Court Houses.
You will be expected to answer three random questions regarding these rules when you apply for a position in either my circle or in Dumbleass's.
